OEM Solutions

Equipment manufacturers are eager for software solutions that make their components easier to use and manage. Their expertise, however, is in developing hardware - they must either build and maintain software teams to develop sufficiently robust management tools, or find an outside provider who can integrate with their components.

Ferntech's controller can be embedded during manufacturing or integrated closely with existing software to provide enhanced monitoring and management tools.

Project Reference: Mobile Power

Ferntech has been installed in on-site generators to give operators the power to responde to variable needs in real time.

Emergence of Lithium battery storage systems require more advanced monitor and control technologies to enable its integration, scalability, safety and reliability.

Battery clustering

Emergence of Lithium battery storage systems require more advanced monitor and control technologies to enable its integration, scalability, safety and reliability.

Ferntech's BMS master is capable of aggregating several Li-ion battery stacks, and actively controls the maximum charge voltage or current sent to the inverter, based on critical values such as State of Charge and cell max/min voltage/temp.

As the BMS master has access to all cell voltages and temperatures, it is able to pass these values on to third party systems for performance verification or cell warranty verification purposes.

BMS Master can be compatible with any BMS brand in the market under request.
